  • Advanced design: on the basis of integrating the advantages of various mixers home and abroad, with optimized CAD, the mixing drum is divided into three sections in the shape of a pear. According to the moving pattern of concrete inside the mixing drum, different sections are made of quality hard wearing 16Mn steel plate with varied thickness, lengthening the service life as well as achieving synchronous wearing of the mixing drum body and blades
• Mixing blade:
  • Two log spiral main blades are arranged symmetrically inside the mixing drum, a pair of forced mixing blades in the front section and a pair of auxiliary mixing blades in the rear section. The two even joint main blades are designed with varied helix angle, thread pitch, lift angle, and lead angle in different sections of the drum body, thus eliminating the dead angle between the joint of mixing blades and drum wall. In this way, quick feeding and discharging, homogeneous mixing, and high discharge rate, can be realized. The feeding and discharging speed, concrete homogeneousness, and discharge rate of the concrete mixer truck have surpassed the national standards of quality products
